ACC Process & Forms |
The primary responsibility for the IRPOA Architectural Control Committee is to ensure that all Property Owners’ improvements adhere to the Association’s Covenants, Deed Restrictions and ACC guidelines. As such, the Committee, with the support of the IRPOA Board, has created a policy and procedure to facilitate the oversight of this Committee regarding new construction and property improvement projects. ACC is a three member Committee comprised of one Board Member and two Board appointed members. Projects subject to ACC policies and procedures include, but are not limited to, new home construction, fences, private wells, pools, workshops, storage sheds, gazebos, patios & ponds (greater than 200 sq ft), home extensions, modifications and changes of color.
