About Us

Indigo Ranch is a 562 acre deed restricted gated community located in Magnolia, Texas. It is a neighborhood of custom homes with 182 lots ranging in size from 1 to 15 acres.    Indigo Ranch is a friendly community featuring private roads, large wooded lots and two recreational parks.  Indigo Ranch, established in 1999, is located in the Magnolia Independent School District in southwest Montgomery County.
