Garage Sale

Friday, October 23rd to Saturday, October 24th

The IRPOA Fall Garage Sale will be held Friday and Saturday, October 23–24!

Large Garage Sale signs will be placed at the front entrance on Tuesday, October 20.

Here’s how it works:

Gates will be open from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM each day (and yes, shoppers sometimes arrive early!)
Sales are held on individual properties—not in the common areas.
Please place your own directional signs and neighborhood advertising no earlier than Thursday, October 22.
Please remove all signs by 5:00 PM on Saturday.

Helpful hints:

Friday morning is typically the busiest time.
Traffic usually slows down after 1:00–2:00 PM each day.
Teaming up with neighbors or friends can help draw a bigger crowd.
