The goal of the Finance Committee is to evaluate the essential expenditure needs for the Indigo Ranch
community and attempt to determine how to most reasonably pay for meeting those needs. This is a
significant challenge in the face of ever rising costs of doing business.
The IRPOA Board, with input from the Finance Committee, will be actively and responsibly continuing to
pursue means of identifying cost savings in all areas of our budget in order to provide the best value while
enhancing our lifestyle and protecting our property values.
