Welcome to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Page.
The Architectural Control Committee is made up of three members appointed by the Board of Directors.
The ACC has the responsibility for approving in advance, and overseeing construction activities in the
development to be sure they are in compliance with the deed restrictions and other rules as approved by
the board of directors. Activities the ACC must approve include: Site clearing and new home construction,
Installation of fences, clearing of existing occupied properties, and yard art, as well as any activity or
construction that alters the appearance of an existing property.
